I ordered lot of stuffs from Ajio and in some cases because of quality issue have returned few and kept few which is usual. Now they blocked my account where as 12k of my gold jewelary order is due with them which was supposed to be delivered on 5th Oct. I have called them many times and written 15 odd mails – customer care says we can’t access your account so please write mail – they don’t even transfer the call to the senior rather accuse for raising issue.
On mails they don’t even care to read the issue and send automated replies after 72 hrs. I need my money or the product. This is clear harassment and act of stealing money under the big brand names!
