Complaint regarding nobroker services

I bought money back plan from nobroker after paying 20000 for moneyback plan with validity of 3 months.

There is not even a single customer visit happened in 90 days and hence I should get refund of entire 20000/- as its complete cheating of around 6k. They know anyways they will get 6k hence whether customer visits happens or not doesn’t really matter. I want my entire money back as its clearly a case of cheating and deficiency in service

I lost 35K as rent by trusting their services

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
