Ajio not picking up the return parcel even after various tries

I ordered a parcel from ajio and its been 10 days that i am rescheduling returns. Everyday i get message that return initiated and someone will come to pickup order but after sometime i get pickup failed . There was no one who tried to contact me. Moreover there is no one who can talk when i call on customer care instead only AI is giving 2..3 choices and we have to select one and its like they are forcing us to have a particular question.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016.
