I am a regular buyer of Amazon India. I had placed an order for I Phone 6s -Order no -#404-2780328-3755555 on 20th of July. After placing the order for which I had paid through my credit card with EMI option, I got a confirmation message for my order. But after that I got a call ,and they ask me to cancel the order since the price gone up. I don’t know the seller but i had full trust on Amazon so i didn’t expect anything like this from Amazon India which is a big brand name. So I deny to cancel this order. After that they hold my order for 7 days and on 26th I got a message that my order has been cancelled and they will refund my money back. Can I ask where the professionalism gone for amazon. I bought a product and they just cancelled it since the price gone up and that is also after 7 days.It was birthday gift for someone and I couldn’t give that bcoz of some stupid fault in amazon system. If you cant deliver why you show the price in your system. I am really very upset with this unprofessional behaviour of Amazon. How can you refund my money back without my intimation. That is also after 7 days. On 25th also the order status was showing that the order is getting ready and it will be dispatched soon and on 26th I got the message that its cancelled.How stupid. I don’t need the money I need my product and if I don’t get the suitable solution for this ,I will take this issue further.
