Videocon LET TV panel problem during warranty period

My Videocon LED TV provided 3 Years Warrenty during purching and after 1 Year My TV’s Display(Pannel) not working and picture showing in Half mode, When i complain to customere service center he told your TV is not under warrenty and advice me to change pannel and charge for it is 23000(Twenty three thousand) and change this pannel with old TV avaliable at store than i complain to Toll free no Enginer came at home same of service center and told same.
Kindly change my LED TV.
