Customer lodged a complaint through Boltt portal and also wrote emails to them but to no avail. He submitted his complaint with ICF on 07-10-2021 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same.
