Refer to the attached documentation regarding confirmed booking through booking.com. We had booked the rooms through booking .com, at puri. However, inspite of the confirmed booking we were denied rooms on our arrival. Refund claim against Paramount Airways – Rs.5,954/-: On 23-06-2009 Mr. Mathews Prabhakaran of Chennai (mathews@fiwbs.in) booked a ticket to Delhi from Chennai thro’ online in Paramount Airways. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. After the payment was made, she was advised by Yatra.com that the booking was unsuccessful as no tickets were available.
