Refer to the attached documentation regarding confirmed booking through booking.com. We had booked the rooms through booking .com, at puri. However, inspite of the confirmed booking we were denied rooms on our arrival. We had also communicated several times on the confirmation of the rooms and they had also confirmed on the same.It was also communicated in advance that there were SENIOR CITIZENS & CHILDREN travelling. BUT still, confirmed rooms were denied.
Also attached is the money receipt amounting to Rs. 9000/- which was forcibly taken from us at the time of Check Out – that too for rooms for 1 night which was given to us after hours of harassment and struggle.
