Flipkart cancels order without my consent

In flipcart online shopping app i ordered indian style regular men jeans pack of 2 ordere id-110266534119248000on 19th sep 2017. 26th is delivery date.last update was on 21st sep 2017 item packed waiting for courier partner to receive item but yesterday item cancelled without my request. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
