Non-delivery of Ostore24 – Rs.1000/-: Ms. S Shamna of Trivandrum, Kerala (Email: shamna.s[at]nestgroup.net) had Ordered L’Oreal Force Vector Shampoo (1500ml) from Ostore24 online shopping site for Rs.1000 through Internet Banking(SBI), Order ID is 1336. But she did not receive the product even after 15 days. She had sent many mails their support team but got no response. Refund from fake job site – Rs.2999/-: Mrs. Bhanu Araballi of Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560040, Karnataka paid money to Indeed job site for a job in TCS for the post of Assistant Manager Content Management. However, the job site did not provide any service and collected more money from the customer. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund.
