Refund from Neartion – Rs. 4,490/-: Mr. K Ramu of Naimnagar 506001, Andhra Pradesh ordered a product on nearton on 28/12/16. His order id was 2448248 and he paid by debit card amount Rs 4490/-. He neither got the product nor refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. Refund from Fitnessworld.in – Rs.2,198/- : Mr. Akshat Mangla of Gurgaon, Harayana had placed an order for INR 2198 on 15-Sep-2016 with fitnessworld.in. The company claimed to have shipped the product on 19-09-2016 but the customer did not get the product and there was no information from the courier company. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010.
