Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji.Lalajionline.com
Hitachi Airconditioner Service – Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011 had purchased one Hitachi air conditioner on 24/06/2013 from Lucknow. Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
