Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji. Lalajionline.com

Hitachi Airconditioner Service – Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011 had purchased one Hitachi air conditioner on 24/06/2013 from Lucknow. There were several issues with the AC for which he had paid to the company but even though my problem has not been yet resolved.
