As i have financial problems, so i ready to work with, JP solution, and i have to watch advertisement 250 /day, but as it was agreement so i just denied that i don’t want to do, break agreement, but they told me that they Will not break it,and they are asking about panelty of 5000 …

SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. By contacting mobikwik, the customer came to know that transaction was not successful and that he should get his points back soon. But even waiting for two months points were not refunded. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from styletag.com – Rs.3,948/-: Ms. Swati Jain of Agra, U.P (jainswati16[@]gmail.com) placed an order with styletag.com on 18-10-2014 for 5 items but received one one after one month and remaining items were not delivered. There was no response from the portal to her complaints. She posted her complaint at India Consumer Forum on 22-11-2014 and the complaint was taken up with the portal. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.22,000/-: Mr. Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune 411019 (Email: saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered an Iphone4 with snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. The product was not delivered even after two weeks and he neither got refund. He was given a wrong AWB bluedart tracking no. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to.
