I had ordered a drools adult preimum dog food instead they had send me drools puppy food and baggage is damaged. I made mistake in buying from online shopping. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue.
