I have a complaint to peripheral creative data technology company which offer me a data typing job and they want registration fees of 3500, which is not legally. Refund from Rediff.com shopping – Rs.1,328/-: Susheel Kumar of Manimajra, Chandigarh (sush_kumar3[@]rediffmail.com) bought a product from rediff.com on 30-11-2014 but did not receive the product even after two weeks. He was given an AWB number but it did not exist. He then requested them to cancel the order but rediff.com was not willing to cancel the order. Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. Refund from Fitnessworld.in – Rs.2,198/- : Mr. Akshat Mangla of Gurgaon, Harayana had placed an order for INR 2198 on 15-Sep-2016 with fitnessworld.in. The company claimed to have shipped the product on 19-09-2016 but the customer did not get the product and there was no information from the courier company. Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. Complaint against ABN Amro for debiting twice for a single IRCTC ticket booking transaction – Rs.1290/-: Jahnavi Ayachitam of Bangalore had tried to book train ticket from IRCTC(site using ABNAMRO debit card on 2nd May 2009 for Rs.1290 from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
