Complaint regarding non-delivery by Yepme

Three orders dated 4.12.2017, 10.12.2017,10.12.2017 respectively are not delivered by Yepme. Payment was made to them online through SBI of Rs.1038, 1537 and 499. Also complaint was logged two times with complaint no. 3057242 and make phone calls but still not responding. Refund from Bagittoday – Rs8,150/- Manikandan D of Nethaji Road, Tiruvarur. 610002, Tamilnadu (Email: maniikandan90(at)gmail.com) placed an order worth Rs.4075/- with Bagittoday on 22-10-2012, through online. Refund from Vynam.com – Rs.3,100/-: Mrs. Sheetal Ghuge of Washim, Maharashtra ordered Saree from Vynam.com by making a payment of Rs.3,100/- on 05-03-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Complaint against AutoIndia for non-receipt of dues: Mr.S.K.Gupta of Noida, who was contracted by AutoIndia to work as an Auto Expert for their web portal http://www.autoindia.com, had posted a complaint in the Forum on 19-08-2009 with regard to non-receipt of his dues from AutoIndia. Refund coupon from Ebay – Rs.480/- : Mr. Debapriyo Jana, Ichapur, Kolkata 743144, West Bengal returned a product to the Ebay Seller against which the Seller had assured refund coupon. As he did not receive the coupon even after 4 weeks, he posted his complaint with ICF on 16-08-2016. Non-delivery by Fitnessworld.in – Rs.6499/-: Mr. Sayantan Das of Howrah – 711101, West Bengal (sayantan_sou[@]yahoo.co.in) placed an order of Lifeline Manual Treadmill Basic Model from fitnessworld.in on 10/11/2014. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.2,140/-: David Johnson of Gaikata, Kharagpur 721301, West Bengal ordered a casserole from Home Shop 18 on 30.11.2014. The produce sent to him was of lower price. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18.
