Refund from Rediff.com shopping Rs.555/-: Zaheer Naik, Vishal Nagar, Hubli-580024, Karnataka ordered through rediff shopping an Electric air compressor tyre pump with the confirmed order no. 7399362 by paying Rs.555. On 17th Sep he got a mail from Rediff that the order was reversed, and the amount would be refunded. Mr. Naik did not receive refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2012. Refund from Pantaloons – Rs.2,000/- : Ms. Vidya Venugopalan of Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu ordered product worth Rs 2000 on 14th July with a delivery commitment of 10 days. However, the product was not dispatched and there was no update from the portal even after raising complaint by the customer. Memory card not delivered by Homeshop18 – Rs.299/-: Satish.R of Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email:satishktg@rediffmail.com) ordered Sandisk 4GB memory card In HOMESHOP18 ON LINE on 16-10-12 and was informed that the same will be delivered in 6 days. Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and Mr. Satish finally got the refund for the product.
