Delayed delivery by Niteo Furnitures – Rs.5,700/-: Mr. Chandraprakash of Thane, Maharashtra (Email: cp_ecs[@]yahoo.com) booked a Regular 5-shelf shoe rack from Niteo Furnitures at BKC Furniture Expo vide bill no. 3316 dated 24/08/2014. Wrong charges by SBI Card – Rs.26,362/- : Mr. Nagamanoj of Kaggadasapura, Bangalore 560093, Karnataka had converted the entire outstanding on his sbicard credit card to restructuring in the month of Sept 2020. Thereafter he paid full EMI through Nach debit for 24 months as per the restructuring letter issued by SBI Card. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
