I purchased a Kent water purifier from reliance store with a three year resq service starting from 09/09/2020 and contract end date is 08/09/2023.. On 07/08/2023 I raise a service request for my Kent purifier but no technician alloted for this job till 11/08/2023..After calling every time customer care executive file a complain but nothing …
