Delay in delivery and not responding to mail and phone. I have booked a tractor with kritika car transport in Gurugram on 25-03-2018 from new delhi to sasaram in Bihar. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
