Complaint against zoomshop.co.in for non delivery

I have cheated by zoomshop.co.in i paid 2899/- through internet banking to buy branded realme 5pro on dated 4th Jan 2021 and i did’nt received any update or any refund from them. i tried to call them and mailed them many times to now about my status of delivery they never replied Please help me …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
