Non resolution of service issue by ACT Fibernet

Refund from Shopclues.com – Rs.518/-: Ms. Taniya Roy of Durgapur, West Bengal (misstaniyaroy[@]gmail.com) had ordered for a men’s wool blazer (order no: 21943503) from Shopclues.com on 5-Oct-2014. Refund from Rediff Shopping – Rs.498/-: Parveen Bhalla of Kailash Vatika, Patna, 800010, Bihar (Email: drpavno1[at]gmail.com) ordered for a heavy duty vacuum cleaner with Rediff shopping on 31-05-2014. He received the product but it was of poor quality and was not as described. He registered a complaint with Rediff but got no assistance. Refund from Vynam.com – Rs.3,100/-: Mrs. Sheetal Ghuge of Washim, Maharashtra ordered Saree from Vynam.com by making a payment of Rs.3,100/- on 05-03-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18.
