Complaint against Yatra.com for non-receipt of refund against unsuccessful transaction – Rs.5,818/-: Mr Shekhar Pal of Kolkata (dr_rspal(at)rediffmail.com) had tried to book a return ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata with Yatra.com on 14th Sept,09 using my HDFC bank credit card. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Complaint against Petsstore.in – Rs.1,740/-: Ms. Reshma Naha, Kolkata (rainbowresh[at]yahoo.co.in) ordered for two dog toys with Petsstore.in on 18-03-2013. She received the products after two weeks but wrong items were delivered in a poorly packed condition. The store refused to either replace the product nor refund the money. Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
