The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. Refund from Paytm – Rs.350/-: Mr. Sanjoy Mohanty of Rourkela, Odisha purchased a wireless mouse from paytm on 24/12/2014 having order no 702357755 but found it was a defective one. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com.
