I want to inform you that I booked a bus ticket on date 01-07-2020 from Varanasi to Raipur(Chhattisgarh) for two people from Yatra.com. Ticket cost me 1680.00 I had to book a car and go to Varanasi from My home district Mirzapur that cost me 2000 Rs. After reaching there, I contacted the operator,Vidhan Tours …

Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Bank did not respond to his complaints. ICF submitted Dr. Manickam’s complaint to the bank and the charges were subsequently reversed.ICICI Bank - 30.12.2009

Refund from Valuecart – Rs.2696: Mrs. Satabdi Deb Prasad, Siliguri placed an order for Xiaomi by enrolling with Zestmoney on 27-01-2017. The product was despatched on 30-01-2017 however the customer had cancelled the order immediately on 31-01-2017. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. Replacement by Fire Boltt – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Ajit Kumar of Patna, Bihar 800023 purchased Fire Boltt smart watch from Amazon but faced issues with the device within the warranty period. Customer lodged a complaint through Boltt portal and also wrote emails to them but to no avail. He submitted his complaint with ICF on 07-10-2021 and the matter was taken up with the company.
