I want to inform you that I booked a bus ticket on date 01-07-2020 from Varanasi to Raipur(Chhattisgarh) for two people from Yatra.com. Ticket cost me 1680.00
I had to book a car and go to Varanasi from My home district Mirzapur that cost me 2000 Rs.
After reaching there, I contacted the operator,Vidhan Tours and Travels and they told me that no bus is running to Raipur currently after lockdown.
Because of Yatra.com I had to face trouble and inconvenience and I had to lose 2000 Rs of my travel.
I filed complaint to Yatra.com through email about this , but the do not refund my money till today. No customer care number to reach and no response from support emails .Please take appropriate action against them, They are cheating with us
Please file my complaint against Yatra.com as soon as possible and take necessary action to refund my whole amount.
