I have made a booking through Yatra.com for indigo flight 6E-937 on Feb 6th and all amount was paid at the time of booking. It was booked with an offer of no service charge. Unfortunately i was not able to take the flight on time and it was missed. Airline has processed no show charges …

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. Hidden charges by Makemytrip – USD 70.50 (approx INRS 3,650): Sainath Akula, Parkcrest Cir, VA (Email: sainath.a(at)gmail.com) purchased travel tickets from http://www.makemytrip.com for self and family. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund claim against Paramount Airways – Rs.5,954/-: On 23-06-2009 Mr. Mathews Prabhakaran of Chennai (mathews@fiwbs.in) booked a ticket to Delhi from Chennai thro’ online in Paramount Airways. Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger. Mrs. Lopamudra had been communicating over email and telephone with Air India and Akbar travels but refund was not forthcoming.
