Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Refund from Shoper.in – Rs.3,256/-: Ms. Reena Panchal of Thane, Maharashtra placed order # SHOPER1021 with Shoper.in. She made payment through EBS which was confirmed by email from EBS dt.09-03-2017. The customer however did not receive the product and there was no response from Shoper.in to the customer’s email.
