Replacement of Sony TV – Rs.85,000/- : Mr. Ramkumar Kaleeswaran of Bangalore, Karnataka purchased one Sony LED TV from Ezone on 09-05-2016. The product suffered from defects and he had lodged complaint with Sony and Ezone regarding the same. Refund from Travolook – Rs.3,279/- : Mr. Animesh Patnaik of Raipur 492001, Chattisgarh booked a flight ticket from Prayagraj to Bhubaneshwar (Indigo Airlines) on 9th Aug, 2021 from website travolook.in. Travolook said that the ticket got cancelled and the amount will be credited in 7-10 days. However, even after 12 days the customer did not receive refund. Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails. Ms. Yadav posted her complaint at ICF on 27-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Quikr. After various follow-up emails, Ms. Yadav finally got her refund by 28-06-2017. Katra, Banda, UP

Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger. Mrs. Lopamudra had been communicating over email and telephone with Air India and Akbar travels but refund was not forthcoming. Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
