Complaint regarding money demand for online jobs

I was interested in working online jobs as for my money needs . So i saw a Ad on naukri and applied for job profile.

A representative contacted me on whatsapp saying that 400 resumes per day work will be given and details. I asked her should i pay any fine or charges for work. She said No charges at all. But a bond need to be signed and she sent me mail where it was online bond. While I opened it read terms and conditions it stated a 7080 Rs joining fees or fine for late completion of work. Then I said I won’t sign this bond I feel risky.  She said she will cancel the registration but as soon as I said she sent me messages saying a case will be registered on me if I don’t pay money.  I never signed a bond.
