Saree not delivered to customer

I have ordered a saree from vendor Hassan. he dispatched saree on 1st june. B44317747. Tracking number is given. still it is not reached to customer. when i checked with DTDC india. they said we are unable to find the parcel they said. Now customer is asking for refund. From whom i will get the …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.759/-: Mr. Vaibhav Jain of Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Karnataka made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/-.
