Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company.
