Vodafone activating unsolicited services

I am using this Vodafone number from last 6/7 years..but now Vodafone doing some wrong action. Vodafone activated some unwanted offer to my number with out my permission, I called 2/3 time to customer care number but did not received any good service from the same. (Love sutra, phone jone, Dotbot etc etc etc…all useless …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
