Food not delivered by Zomato and no refund made

I have order my food online to zomato with online payment on 29.05.22, then i have got msg from zomato that your order was accepted by restaurant, after 20 min another msg come from zomato that delivery partner SxxxxxxxN are on their way to delivery your food…then i have received only 1 call from him …

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
