I have order my food online to zomato with online payment on 29.05.22, then i have got msg from zomato that your order was accepted by restaurant, after 20 min another msg come from zomato that delivery partner SxxxxxxxN are on their way to delivery your food…then i have received only 1 call from him asking location and all..i have given him all details, then again 15 min gone but SxxxxxxN not come to us to delivery, I have call him and asking for my order, he says your order got cancel and I have returned it to restaurant and you got refund…then i have asked to restaurant they says your order we already given and not got any return parcel…again i call SxxxxxxxxxN but then he blocked my number and all, i not able to call him..then i get online support to zomato for my refund and all, but online partner ZOYA says YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS OUR DELIVERY PARTNER COULD NOT REACH YOU, WHY ??????
THEN Rs..xxxx was deducted as cancellation chargers for your order since we have to compensate our partner for the same… why ???
I have not got my food and even not got my refund, is this what ZOMATO given services to the customers ???? this is nothing but fraud, zomato has to take action against this delivery partner SxxxxxN….
I want to refund back…
we have affected too much and waiting and waiting so much for food…but that delivery partner SxxxxxxxN got our food and not given our refund too…
