Complaint against Velex couriers for non-delivery of PAN card

Dear Sir, PAN card not delivered by couriers. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to.
