Complain regarding ASUS Product, Service Support

I bought two ASUS’s laptops for programming purpose that cost me around 1.20 Lacs each. Laptops are 2.8 GHz and Hyper Boost to 3.4 GHz. Memory card not delivered by Homeshop18 – Rs.299/-: Satish.R of Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email:satishktg@rediffmail.com) ordered Sandisk 4GB memory card In HOMESHOP18 ON LINE on 16-10-12 and was informed that the same will be delivered in 6 days. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013.
