Bad product from Snapdeal, no refund received after return

I ordered skycandle magic single bucket mop with two mop heads on6 April ,2017 and my order I’d is 18756213028 and refrence no is 41124490 and received the product on 8 april. Immediately I requested for return due to bad quality of product. But Snapdeal didn’t picked up product. I talk to c care many times then they picked it up on 12 June.I talk to c care about refund but didn’t get a satisfing answer then I got a mail from Snapdeal on 28 june asking about my bank details,I immediately repled the mail.I mail Snapdeal many times but didn’t get my refund till date. I also called their helpline no,but there is no option to talk to their exicutive. i request the forum to look into the matter and help me in getting the refund and punish the snapdeal.
