BSNL billing me even after disconnection and handing over of device

My phone No. was 040 27XXXXX1, I have used this number for Broadband and Landline. I have given letter in August,2017 for disconnecting Broadband and I am not using the phone since August,2017. I have even gave letter for complete disconnection and Handed over the device at regional BSNL CSC. But I am still receiving bill for the se number since 2017. Customer care and CSC not responding properly. Please take necessary action.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
