Bus broke down but Abhi bus not providing full refund

I booked bus tickets via vendor called Abhi bus. The Tickets were booked online from Bangalore to Rameshwaram for date May-26-2022 for 2 adults & 1 Child for Royal travel bus . Unfortunately the bus broke down after 70 KMs from Bangalore in the midnight around 11.30 PM. Many Female and kids were on the mid highway for more than 2 hrs. No body from Abhi bus or Royal travel picked the call for first 1 hour. We struggled a lot and there was no alternative bus provided. Bus vendor told there is no other bus available and They would refund the bus fare to each passenger traveling on this bus.

Now when I am reaching out for my refund to Abhi bus from last 3 days but they are giving any positive response. Seems like they are ready to give the full refund to me .

The other passengers who booked tickets from other vendors like Redbus, they all got full refund already.

I need a quick help in this regards.
