Cable operator charging GST without GSTN Resgistration

The local cable TV operator is charging Rs. 23.40 as GST every month since more than a year. And since, I am asking for the GSTN but he is refusing to give the GSTN.

On this, I tried the local gst complaint cell over mobile and email but I found no response from them.

Phone number is invalid or no responding and no reply for the email sent.

Also other business is tendering GST towards consumers and that to without bills.

Please help me in this.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
