Charging above mrp post GST

I purchased a Cornetta ice cream at gokul restaurant boriwali west gst no. 27AAAFH1011J1ZX on date 5.7.17 bill no 85 amount rs 53 was charged for take away … the mrp on the ice cream is rs 40.. when asked the hotel people did not response we charge above mrp…. this is cheating for customers like us…. kindly take necessry strict action on the hotel n do the need full so consumers like us never get cheated ..Hope for a quick enquiery

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
