I searched and contacted full time maid service providing company(Yuvika Maid Bureau, Shahadra, Delhi) and agreed upon terms and conditions and they send a maid, named Sxxxxxa Kxxxxxe, on 01-Mar-2023. As per our agreement, we have paid Rs. 46,000/- in cash, whose receiving is with us. They have given us the agreement and other paper formalities. On 02-Mar-2023, the maid left our home in the evening when we were out of home. After realizing the situation, we immediately contacted the company and they gave assurance that they will send replacement within 2 days. We waited for 2 days but no one came. Later they told that they will refund the money. They made lot of excuses and gave multiple assurance that money will be credited within 2 days but till date we have not received any amount. Now, they have stopped picking our calls and not responding to our whatsapp messages.
