I ordered a high waist jeans from Levi’s India on 8th January 2023 but i got a completely different style and shade. So i raised a return request the same day. My product was picked up successfully on 16th January and sent back to the seller on 17th. I have the proof given by delivery guy. He gave me clicked picture of the computer screen that showed the product being verified and sent back to seller.
I have called Levi’s India customer care a hundred times but they didn’t answer and sent my refund back. Also there was one number written on the bottom most order receipt 90356 02165. I am calling this number but not receiving. Please help me get my refund amount of Rs 2254 against order
