Cheating by movers and packers company

Dear sir, on 30.05.2019, i shifted my luggage from chennai to mumbai.
The deal was 35000 rupees approximatley, but after loading the luggage he demanded 46000 rupees by adding some other charges. I am in ahurry and i haveno other option i have paid that amount.please make refund of the remaining amount. Please resolve my issue.
