CIBIL updation not done by Capital First

I am mailing and talking so many times to capital first customer care and also visit so many times capital first office in siliguri, they ate not updating my status in cibil. Before payment they already confirm with me that we clear all your status from cibil after 35 days of payments. Now after 7 months same situation is their in my account is still in post written Off stage. Sir we are retired people both of us me and my wife are now to much in problem. Actually we apply for home loan but the reason of this we are really suffering problem. So therefore i request you please take some possible action in my case. I will attach my details below With NOC Certificate.
