Complain against Insaraf Furniture for not delivering order

I placed an online order for Solid Wood EVA Sideboard Color from Saraf furniture on March 13, 2021. After several follow-ups made via phone , e-mail, social media and their commitment of timely dispatch of the product on multiple occasion, even after 4 months it is not yet dispatched, neither refund  has been initiated….

Whenever I am calling them now, the story continues and they keep postponing the dispatch by 7-10 days.

    Hello Suthirtha , did you receive the order yet? I too have placed an order in Oct 2023, but haven’t got a delivery yet.. they keep telling me that the order will be despatched on 2 weeks .. Please let me know if there is anyone i can speak with.
