I purchased the mobile phone from Snapmint on installment pay basis. Order ID: 736950; Order Value: 17,990. Through Electronic Clearing Service my emi used to get deducted via my IDBI salary account. I paid all my 5 EMI on time but before 6th emi my salary account got changed and I requested them Snapmint to not to deduct the money from the IDBI bank instead change the payment process but Snapmint didn’t respond to any of my calls or payments.
And they hit my inactive IDBI account for EMI twice a month without an intimation.
I want to know why there is no attention given to my emails, follow ups and why they hit twice a month for the emi in my IDBI bank account in spite of me giving them all the instructions via email.
