Complaint against cartwear for non-delivery

Package not received and want a cash back. Value: 753. I have ordered a white colour salwar suit from cartwear on 13 th of September. I have done the payment using Google pay with their payment request from razonpay. I can provide proof of payment .I did not receive the product till date and I want a cash back . Please help me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
