Complaint against City movers and packers for damage to items

I have  handed over a bike and Chair to Govind Sharma,  City movers and packers, khasra no 127,  Gurgaon 122001 vide CN dt. 26th Feb 2022 from Noida to be sent to my Navi Mumbai current address.
He tool 15 days and gave broken bike in Taloja, almost 25Km away where as agreement was door delivery. The repair cost was Rs 14500/- and huge time and pain taken.
We did not get chair, helmet, side mirror, documents, and fuel etc even today. The total goods cost hold by him is ar least Rs 9500/-
They have booking website as http://citymoversandpackers.in/, they are keep changing website and no. new numbers are 88xxxxxx3.
Request the recovery of good lost and penalty for delay and damaged.
